We want you to enjoy your hire with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer optional Dress Protection Insurance on your booking.

What is Dress Protection Insurance?

Dress Protection Insurance is available for $12.95 and covers minor accidental damage that may occur during your hire, including:

• Small rips or minor tears

• Broken zips

• Extra cleaning that may be required after your hire

This helps protect you from unexpected costs for small, everyday accidents.

What is not covered?

Dress Protection Insurance does not cover:

• Extensive damage caused by lack of care

• Large or major tears

• Heavy or permanent staining

• Damage that makes the garment unusable

• Loss or theft of the garment

In these cases, repair or replacement costs may apply.

Our promise

All garments are cleaned and quality-checked after every hire. We understand normal wear can happen — we just ask that you treat every dress with care and let us know as soon as possible if there are any issues.
