By placing an order with LOVE ME RENT ME, you agree to the following terms:
1. The Hire
All items are hired for a fixed period. LOVE ME RENT ME remains the legal owner of all garments at all times. Your booking reserves the selected item and dates exclusively for you.
2. Care of Garments
You agree to take reasonable care of the garment while it is in your possession. Normal wear is covered in our cleaning process. Do not attempt to wash, clean, or repair the garment yourself. Optional Dress Protection is available at checkout and covers minor accidental damage during normal wear. This does not cover major stains, rips, burns, heavy soiling, misuse, alterations, loss, or theft. If a garment is returned with damage beyond what is covered, or is unrepairable, you will be charged repair or full replacement costs. If a garment is lost, stolen, or returned with damage that makes it unrepairable or unable to be rehired, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.
The full replacement cost is the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the dress (or the closest available equivalent if the original is no longer available).
This applies whether or not Dress Protection was selected, as Dress Protection only covers minor accidental damage and does not cover total loss or irreparable damage.
3. Damage or Loss
If an item is returned with damage beyond normal wear, or is lost or unrepairable, you will be charged for repair or replacement costs. If a garment cannot be rehired due to damage, additional hire costs will apply.
4. Fit & Wear Guarantee
We offer a fit/wear guarantee under certain conditions. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Delivery & Returns
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to follow the return process outlined there.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Payments
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
