Are there late fees?
Yes. Late returns may incur a late fee, as the dress may be booked for another customer. Please make sure your item is returned on time to avoid any additional charges. If you think you’ll be late, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What is Dress Protection Insurance?
We offer optional Dress Protection Insurance for $12.95. This covers minor accidental damage such as small rips, broken zips, or extra cleaning that may be needed after your hire.

What does the insurance not cover?
Dress Protection Insurance does not cover extensive damage caused by lack of care, major stains, large tears, or damage that makes the garment unusable. In these cases, repair or replacement costs may apply.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We’re happy to help with sizing advice before you book. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you clean the dresses?
Yes all garments are cleaned and checked after every hire.
Can I hire for longer than the standard period?
Yes, extended hires are available. If you need the dress for longer, please get in touch before booking.
What happens if my dates aren’t available?
Sometimes we can work things out, please send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
